Put water, eggs, bread flour, honey, fine sugar, milk powder, salt and yeast powder into the bread machine in sequence, turn on the "dough mixing" function of the bread machine and mix for 20 minutes, add 25 grams of room temperature softened butter, turn on the "dough mixing" function of the bread machine again, run it twice for 15 minutes, until the dough is smooth and a transparent film can be pulled out.

Coat a basin with a thin layer of vegetable oil to prevent sticking, put the mixed dough in, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise at room temperature until it doubles in size. (About 1 hour in summer)

Take out the dough and weigh the total weight.

Flatten the dough and divide it into 8 equal parts. Roll the dough into a round shape, cover it with plastic wrap or rest in a basin for 15 minutes.

Take a small piece of dough and roll it into an oval shape with a rolling pin.

Roll it up from top to bottom into a long roll, and cut the long roll in half.

Brush the baking pan with oil to prevent sticking, place the rolled dough in a row, and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Coat the risen dough with egg wash, or not.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the bread on the middle shelf of the oven, and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. (My oven is 160 degrees for 15 minutes.)
