Brush the oysters clean with a brush.

The oysters are opened from the side. I wrapped the oysters in cloth with my left hand and opened them with a knife in my right hand. Be careful about poking your hand.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, or a little minced ginger, stir-fry over low heat in the pan, then add salt, chicken essence and light soy sauce. Wash the minced garlic, first add half of the minced garlic and fry until slightly brown, then add the other half. Place the soaked vermicelli on top of the oysters, then add minced garlic and steam for five minutes.

After steaming, take it out and add chopped green onion and millet pepper. Then pour the steamed fish soy sauce, heat the oil in a pan, and when the oil is hot, it is ready to coat the oysters.
