Whole wheat meal bag with red dates and black sesame seeds
Overview
My relatives gave me so many red dates that I couldn’t finish them😅, so I added red dates to all kinds of snacks. There is no sugar in this meal bag, because the red dates are already very sweet. The two fillings, one with purple sweet potato and the other with yam, are very easy to use, absolutely healthy and healthy, and delicious... delicious and not fattening😁. All the ingredients are not weighed, so I estimate them (the so-called experts are like me)

Steps
-
Except for butter, mix all the other ingredients together and knead the dough in a bread machine. Add softened butter for about half an hour, knead again until the film can be pulled apart, and then set the bread machine to fermentation mode and ferment for about an hour and a half.
-
Deflate the fermented dough, divide it into small portions and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
-
Filling part: Steam the red dates in a pot until soft and remove the cores. Add appropriate amount of boiling water to a food processor and break them into pieces. Steam the yam and purple sweet potato separately in the same pot.
-
Fry the black sesame seeds and let them cool, then grind them into powder in a grinding cup, mash the yam and purple sweet potato separately, add the red dates and black sesame seeds and mix the filling, roll them into small balls and set aside.
-
The risen dough is stuffed and shaped.
-
Brush a layer of oil on the baking pan, arrange the stuffed dough, put it in the oven to turn on the fermentation mode, and ferment for about forty minutes.
-
The dough that has been fermented for the second time has more than doubled in size, and is brushed with the softened butter.
-
Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for ten minutes and bake for about 25 minutes. The whole wheat bread will not look good when baked, but it is really healthy.
-
The taste is good, but the filling is better with purple sweet potato.
