Cut gluten into strips and set aside.

Blanch it in boiling water and set aside.

Blanch the spinach into sections and place on top of the gluten.

Finely mince the garlic.

Place the minced garlic on top of the spinach and the chili powder on top.

Pour oil into the pot.

When the oil in the pan is hot, turn off the heat and pour it on the spinach gluten.
