Cut the garlic cloves first.

Then cut the chrysanthemum into segments.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chopped garlic cloves when the oil is hot.

After sauteing the garlic cloves, add the chopped chrysanthemum into the pot.

Add appropriate amount of vinegar and stir.
