How many chicken wings are there, buy more if you want to eat more. I bought 1kg and it was a great meal for two people. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, and a little salt to marinate, and make a few cuts on the front and back of the chicken wings to facilitate the flavor.

Prepare all the ingredients and soak the mushrooms in water in advance. If it is to be eaten at noon the next day, you can put a few flowers and soak them in water at night.

Mix the chopped pepper, ginger, and garlic, put it in a hot pan and stir-fry briefly.

Place the mushrooms under the steaming box, and place the chicken wings in order (after marinating the chicken wings, rinse them with a little water); then pour the oiled ingredients on top, put them in the rice cooker, and steam them together with the rice. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion and simmer for a few minutes.
