Asparagus mixed with walnuts
Overview
It’s the season when asparagus is fresh and tender again. Every time I see it in the vegetable market, I feel like I can’t buy it~ This is a bit of a Western-style salad, but I think it’s delicious~

Add water to the pot, add a little salt and oil to boil, add the cut asparagus and blanch it;

Remove and drain;

Cut the olives into small pieces; cut the tomatoes in oil into small pieces;

Break walnuts into small pieces;

First fry the walnuts to dry them out;

Add asparagus, olives and tomatoes in oil and mix well. Do not over-fry, turn off the heat when it is slightly hot;

Add salt to taste, add 1 tablespoon of tomato oil, add apple cider vinegar and mix evenly.
