Steps
-
Prepare ingredients, cut bread and oranges into cubes and set aside.
-
Place the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake in the middle rack of the oven at 130 degrees until lightly golden brown.
-
Add the whipping cream to the milk pan, heat it slightly, add the sugar, and stir until the sugar melts. No need to boil.
-
After the sugar has boiled, turn off the heat, add butter and stir.
-
After it cools down slightly, add the egg yolks and stir evenly while adding. At this time, add an appropriate amount of condensed milk for seasoning.
-
Add milk and mix.
-
Pass the pudding liquid through a sieve and it will be much finer.
-
Dip the bread cubes into the pudding liquid and place in a baking bowl.
-
Just like that, the bread and oranges were placed staggered.
-
After everything is arranged, pour the pudding liquid evenly and let it sit for a while to allow the pudding liquid to penetrate into the bread. (The amount of pudding liquid in the picture is a bit small, I have increased the amount appropriately in the ingredient list.)
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven, heat up and down to 150 degrees, and bake for 30 minutes.
-
After taking it out of the oven, sprinkle it with cheese powder and it's ready to eat.
