Shrimp, sesame and potato balls
Overview
I saw a lot of posts about making shrimp balls, so I tried it according to my own taste. My baby likes the fragrance of milk very much, so I added milk powder and cheese to make it more fragrant.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the shrimp as shown in the picture.
-
Chop the shrimp meat into minced meat.
-
Sieve the potatoes and grind into puree.
-
Stir mashed potatoes, minced shrimp, salt, sugar, white pepper, and a tablespoon of milk powder evenly.
-
Arrange the starch, egg liquid, and bread crumbs in the order shown in the picture.
-
Dip your hands in water, take an appropriate amount of potato and shrimp mashed and spread it out in the palm of your hand, put a little cheese, wrap the cheese, insert the cut shrimp tails, form a ball, and dip it in starch, eggs, and bread crumbs in order to make shrimp ball embryos.
-
Make all the shrimp balls in sequence.
-
When the oil is 60-70% hot, put it in the pan and fry. There is a little less oil when frying the shrimp balls, so some of the shrimp balls are not very round.
-
It’s out of the pot! The skin is crispy, the filling is smooth and tender, the milk is rich, and there are long strings, you can't stop eating it. It must be served while it's hot, as the taste will be much different when it's cold. You can also eat it with salad dressing or tomato sauce. It needs to be cut open and blown to cool before being given to children, as it is very hot inside.
