Jiang Zou’s Secret Soy Sauce (Cold Sauce)
Overview
In the summer, I especially love to eat cold noodles. It is really thoughtful to have a jar of pre-mixed soy sauce at home for later use. Although when we buy Liangpi, the boss will add various condiments for us, but some condiments will not emit a unique fragrance without being stir-fried with hot oil. They look good but have no taste. For example: garlic powder
