Vermicelli and roasted beans
Overview
The combination of wide vermicelli and green beans goes well, but they both need to be cooked for a longer time. Add sweet noodle sauce, white sugar, and cook slowly over low heat. The vermicelli is soft and glutinous. The beans have a suitable texture and are very delicious when cooked slowly. The finished product is very popular as a meal.

Soak the wide vermicelli in cold water until soft.

Wash the beans and cut into sections.

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the green onions and ginger until fragrant, add the sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry the green beans until fragrant.
