Matcha Cherry Cake
Overview
When I saw this cake, I felt sad. I was really superfluous. In fact, just decorate the cake with fruits. I also sifted a little matcha powder with my hands to make this cake not look very fresh. But the taste is still great. Use a little matcha powder to attack the sweetness of the cream. I will think of a good sifting method next time to make the matcha powder more beautiful after decoration.

Prepare low flour, eggs, sugar, and matcha powder.

Separate the egg whites and add sugar gradually.

Beat until egg whites become frothy.

Add the egg yolks one at a time and beat quickly until the egg yolks and protein are combined.

Sift in the matcha powder and cake flour.

Mix until no dry powder forms.

Add cake batter to baking pan.

Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes.

After baking, let cool, prepare cream, matcha powder and cherries.

Beat butter sugar powder and matcha powder, mount it on top of the cake, garnish with cherries, and finally sift a little matcha powder. (Afterwards, I thought it would be better not to sift the matcha powder)
