Soak the rice noodles in warm and cold water for 3 hours in advance. If the time is appropriate, you can soak it for a day in advance. The water temperature should not be too high. Use cold water and a little boiling water to soak until soft

Fry the egg in oil over high heat first. Heat the oil and fry it quickly so that the egg does not get too old. Strain out the egg and set aside. 2. Add the oil and stir-fry minced garlic and green onion. Add rice noodles and stir-fry. Add chili powder and stir-fry lettuce. Then add a little dark soy sauce to adjust the color. Salt, MSG and chicken powder for seasoning. 3. Add the egg to the pot and stir-fry lightly to taste.
