Sausage and Egg Fried Rice
Overview
I bought the sausages from a Taiwanese snack bar I went to. I ate their egg fried rice for the first time and it was really good. When I asked the lady boss, she said she made the sausages herself, so before I left I bought a dozen sausages to take home. This was the last one. I remembered to take a photo and post the recipe ^_^. The amount of these I put out was enough for three bowls. ps: The black pepper charcoal grilled sausage from Three Squirrels is also great when used as fried rice! This is not an advertisement. If anyone buys it, you can send me a red envelope to express your gratitude
