Green pepper beef
Overview
A small plate of stir-fried pork, a quick and easy way to go with rice and wine. I like to eat beef, so I made braised beef. The braised beef can be transformed into many other delicious side dishes. Today I will simply make green pepper beef, which is delicious and not greasy.

Ingredients: braised beef, onions, ginger, garlic and green peppers.

Cut the green pepper into cubes and slice the onion, ginger and garlic.

Pour cooking oil into the pot, add two dried chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant. The color of the chili peppers will turn deep red, so that they are fragrant but not spicy when eaten.

Add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add green pepper and stir-fry.

Add salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add the braised beef, stir well and remove from the pot.
