Overview

I made meat floss bread for breakfast during the holiday. It had plenty of ingredients, a lot of meat floss, and was smeared with black pepper salad dressing. It tasted great!

  1. Put the milk, eggs, salt, flour, sugar, and yeast powder into the bread machine and knead the dough; then add butter and knead the dough again.

  2. Put the kneaded bread dough into a container and let it rise at room temperature until it doubles in size. Poke a hole in the middle of the dough. If the surrounding area does not collapse, it means it has fermented properly.

  3. Divide the risen dough into equal parts, knead to deflate the dough, and let it rise for another 20 minutes.

  4. Take a piece of dough, roll it into an oval shape, apply a layer of salad dressing, put on the meat floss, and wrap it up.

  5. Place the wrapped pork floss bread into the baking pan and let it rise for a second time for 40 minutes.

  6. After the second proofing, the bread rises, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with cheese and crispy bits.

  7. Preheat the oven in advance, set the upper and lower tube temperatures to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.
