Fried Beef and Almonds
Overview
This fried beef almond can be eaten as a snack or as a dish. At first, the cheese slices were cut too big and the beef was not completely wrapped. When frying, the cheese slices melted and flowed out. Later, I rolled a few more to hide the cheese inside. The fried product was quite good and had a great texture. It was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It was delicious.
