Overview
Potatoes, melons, and carrots harvested from our own small vegetable garden are free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. They are pure green ingredients and are full of crude fiber. In the past, sweet potatoes were not grown in the north, but now there are sweet potatoes in the local area, but they are a little smaller. Wash the peppers. These are fried peppers. They have a slightly spicy taste. If you like spicy food, you can add some millet peppers. Chop the peppers, put them into a bowl that is not afraid of high heat, break in 2 eggs, and stir evenly.
