Homemade Fried Pasta
Overview
In our impression, pasta should be accompanied by various special pasta sauces, but what should we do if we don’t have any sauce at home? Then we can try Chinese-style pasta. I was hungry. Not only was there no pasta sauce at home, I didn’t even have the raw materials to make the sauce. But I wanted to eat it but had no other choice, so I made do with eggplant, bean sprouts and shiitake mushrooms. I didn’t know if it should be called homemade or weird-tasting pasta. But my son really liked it, and the end result was that after one plate, I didn’t eat much but I was still hungry
