Chop lean meat, ginger and garlic into mince

Tofu pressed into puree

Grate the tender pumpkin into shreds and chop into fine pieces

Put the minced meat, tofu and pumpkin into a large bowl, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water starch and stir in the same direction
