Peel and shred potatoes

Cut into shreds and soak in water to wash off the starch!

Remove and drain the water, add appropriate amount of salt and thirteen spices and mix evenly!

The starch in the water used to wash the potato shreds has precipitated. Pour off the water on top, add sweet potato powder and mix well!

Put oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, pour hot oil into the shredded potatoes and flatten them!

Fry the potatoes over medium heat until they change color, and sprinkle a small amount of sweet potato starch evenly over them!

When the starch solidifies, flip and fry until both sides are golden brown!
