To prepare the materials, first weigh the tart shell materials.

Mix the tart crust ingredients and knead into a dough, then refrigerate for half an hour.

While the tart crust is refrigerated, prepare the filling. Melt the cream cheese in hot water and stir until smooth and grain-free. Add milk and mix well.

Add one whole egg and 10 grams of white sugar, mix well and set aside.

Take the tart shell out of the refrigerator and divide it into 4 portions.
