Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Cut the beef brisket into pieces, blanch in a pot of water and add cooking wine.

Then remove, wash and drain. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add spices and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Then add the beef brisket and fry until the water is dry.

Add soybean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Put a small piece of rock sugar.

Add an appropriate amount of water until it is almost flat with the ingredients, and bring to a boil over high heat.

In order to save time, I used a pressure cooker. The beef brisket today had a lot of tendons, so I pressed it for 30 minutes.
