Spicy Bitter Gourd Strips
Overview
The specialty of this dish is the seasoning, and the key is the preparation of the sauce. The numbing aroma of the sauce comes from Sichuan peppercorns, the spiciness comes from chili peppers, and the pure aroma of sesame seeds, and the oil also has the heavy aroma of aniseed cinnamon. Pair it with the crisp bitter melon for a great appetizer
