Overview

I like to eat fried sauce, whether it is noodles or rice, it is particularly delicious. I saw a lot of posts about making fried sauce that usually use meat, but I am a vegetarian by nature, so I used shiitake mushrooms instead of meat and made a mushroom fried sauce. Shiitake mushrooms also taste meaty.

  1. Prepare materials

  2. Wash and cut the mushrooms into large pieces and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes

  3. Remove from water, let cool and cut into cubes

  4. Cut green onion into small pieces

  5. Pour a little oil into the wok and stir-fry the chopped green onions
