Heat the pan with cold oil, heat the wontons over low heat, arrange them, and fry them over high heat

Add boiling water, just half the height of the wontons. Small wontons will cook easily

Beat the eggs with steamed fish and soy sauce, add them evenly into the pot, and sprinkle with shredded seaweed (usually chopped green onion)

After the eggs are solidified, turn them over and fry them. (If it’s difficult to turn them over, you can leave them alone.)

Put on the plate, remove from the pan and serve
