Overview
I bought a lot of instant oatmeal at home. When I get tired of eating oatmeal, I make a quick egg oatmeal cake, which is healthy and delicious.

Add salt to the eggs, beat them well, add an appropriate amount of water, and continue beating evenly.

Add the instant oatmeal and stir evenly, then let it sit for a quarter of an hour to allow the oatmeal to fully absorb the egg liquid

Then add bonito flakes and pepper, stir well

Add a spoonful of flour and mix well

Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, spread the oatmeal batter into a cake shape, fry for three to four minutes, turn over, and fry for another minute or so.

Use a cookie cutter to cut out the patterns on the oatmeal cakes and place them on a plate
