Sour Beans and Egg Fried Rice
Overview
Eating alone at noon, I simply made egg fried rice, adding some sour beans and Laoganma black beans. The spicy and sour egg fried rice was particularly delicious and appetizing.

Prepare ingredients

Wash and mince green onions and pickled beans.

Heat oil in a pot, add eggs, stir-fry until cooked and broken, then remove.

In another pot, add oil, add green onions and pickled beans and stir-fry.

Add rice and stir-fry until rice grains are loose.

Add the eggs to the pan and stir-fry evenly.

Add Laoganma black bean sauce and season to taste.

Add a little salt, stir well and remove from the pan.
