Stir-fried Rice Noodles
Overview
I didn't even leave the house today. I was thinking of making a braised lion's head today, but I didn't expect that Little Pig wouldn't even let me out. [Pouts] Well, I looked through the refrigerator and there is still yesterday’s stock. Use your imagination and make some vegetarian fried fungus and stir-fried rice noodle rolls, and you’ll be done with it!

Wash and cut the vermicelli into sections, shred the green and red peppers, shred the ginger, dice the garlic and dice the dried red peppers.

Sauté dried red pepper, ginger and garlic in oil pan until fragrant.

Add rice noodles and stir-fry.

Add a little salt, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce.

Add green and red peppers and stir-fry.

Remove from pot and plate. A simple and quick home-cooked dish that tastes slightly spicy and salty.
