  1. Wash and cut the vermicelli into sections, shred the green and red peppers, shred the ginger, dice the garlic and dice the dried red peppers.

  2. Sauté dried red pepper, ginger and garlic in oil pan until fragrant.

  3. Add rice noodles and stir-fry.
