Double bean red date soy milk
Overview
Relatives gave us some home-grown black beans before, which can be made into soy milk. Add some red dates together to give us a slight sweetness. No need to add additional sugar. Nowadays, a sugar-reduced diet is advocated, which is healthier. My mother likes to drink soy milk. I give her a glass of it with a small snack as afternoon tea in the afternoon. Because she has a weak stomach, she cannot digest a large meal and is easily hungry in the afternoon.

Prepare all the ingredients, and use the measuring cup that comes with the soy milk machine to fill a slightly smaller cup of black beans and red beans, because other ingredients need to be added.

Wash the black beans and red beans and soak them for a few hours.

You can drink the beaten soy milk directly. If you mind the fine residue, you can filter it.
