Stewed Chicken with Cordyceps Mushroom❗️Improve immunity, strengthen the spleen and stomach
Overview
Make various broths at home at least 2-3 times a week. The method of stewing over low heat and water is used to preserve the nutrients of the ingredients. The weather in spring is hot and cold, and it is easy to catch a cold. Today, I made a health soup with cordyceps mushrooms, yam, chicken, and red dates. Cordyceps mushrooms can improve immunity and physical fitness. They are tonic ingredients. When paired with yam, they can strengthen the spleen and stomach, and enhance the ability to resist viruses.
