Warmth in winter - mutton slices soup
Overview
Recently, my boss has been working overtime every day in the evening. It is really hard in the middle of winter. I have been thinking about making some soup for him to drink at night so that he can warm up when he comes back. For office workers, it must be more time-saving. This soup uses the usual hot pot mutton slices, which are very thin and can be eaten by boiling them in the pot.

Steps
-
A bag of mutton slices bought directly from the supermarket
-
Some Chinese cabbage, wash well
-
Chop parsley and onions and set aside
-
The boss doesn’t eat onions and the like, for fear of the fishy smell, so he boils the onions and ginger shreds in the pot first
-
Then stir-fry the cabbage and parsley for a minute, then add the soup, bring to a boil, add salt, soy sauce, and pepper. When the pot is boiled for the second time, add the lamb slices and blanch them until cooked.
