Clam, ham and radish soup
Overview
This dish can be summed up in one word: fresh! Adding radish can make the soup pure and slightly sweet; the clams themselves are fresh, so adding ham for seasoning will remove the fishy smell and increase the freshness. It will be naturally and perfectly fresh, and there is no need for MSG or chicken essence at all.

Cut ham into half centimeter strips

Peel and shred the white radish,

Pour oil into the pot, heat until 80% hot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry,

After the aroma comes out, add the ham cubes and stir-fry until it changes color slightly

Add shredded radish and stir-fry together. Stir-fry for 1 minute, then add boiling water, cover and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Open the lid, add the clams and cook together. Open the clams all the way, season and serve.
