Ants climbing the tree
Overview
What I made is not the authentic ants climbing the tree. In fact, I have never eaten the authentic one. I just learned to make it according to my personal taste. I rarely eat noodles, but this one is really delicious~

Soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft;

Take out and drain; you can also cut it shorter~

Minced meat;

Chop green and red pepper into mince; mince onion and ginger;

Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the minced meat and fry until it changes color and spreads;

Add onion and ginger and stir-fry;

Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce and half a spoon of chili sauce and stir well;

Add half a bowl of water, add vermicelli and cook for a while;

When the water is almost dry, stir-fry to reduce the juice. Add salt, chicken essence and green and red pepper, turn off the heat, mix well, and drizzle with a little oil.
