Prepare materials

Blanch the persimmons in hot water for a few minutes, peel them, cut them into pieces and set aside

Heat oil in a pot, sauté onions, ginger, garlic, pepper noodles, and star anise until fragrant

Add chopped beef

The amount of soup you add depends on the situation. If you like soup, add more. Just add enough at one time.

Simmer for about twenty minutes, add persimmons, salt and continue to simmer over low heat. If you like chili peppers, you can add a few red chili peppers
