  1. Make mung bean filling: 150g steamed mung bean, 20g honey, 30g sugar, 15g salad oil and stir-fry over low heat until dry.

  2. Dough: 200g flour, 100g cake flour, 90g oil, 100g water, 30g sugar, 3g, salt. Pastry: 180g flour, 50g starch, 90g oil (divided equally into 15 portions)
