-Tear organic cauliflower into small florets by hand, wash and set aside

-Ham sliced into thin slices

-Slice garlic cloves, cut millet pepper into sections, and prepare green peppercorns

- Blanch the cauliflower in hot water (this will make the cauliflower more cooked), take it out and set aside
-
-Put oil in the pot, add garlic and green peppercorns, stir-fry until fragrant, add ham and stir-fry
-
-Add cauliflower and stir-fry, add light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry over high heat. Add a little balsamic vinegar when it is out of the pot

-Just load it into a plate
