  1. Wash the Chinese cabbage and control the water, then cut it diagonally into segments (I forgot to take a photo) ~

  3. Onion, ginger and garlic🌶️Cut and set aside~

  4. Cut the red pepper into diamond shapes and set aside~

  5. Heat the pot, add appropriate amount of oil, add onion, ginger and garlic🌶️ and stir-fry until fragrant~

  6. Add mushrooms and stir-fry~

  7. After the mushrooms are soft, add the cabbage and stir-fry~

  8. Stir-fry the cabbage until it spits water and changes color. Add appropriate amount of salt and thirteen spices and continue to stir-fry (according to personal taste) ~

  9. When it's almost cooked, add red pepper and stir-fry to reduce the juice~
