Raisin pumpkin cake
Overview
My son is probably really tired of eating cakes and bread. Today I ordered raisin steamed cake. The only requirement is to add more raisins. As a mother, I hope he can eat more vegetables, whole grains, etc., so I added pumpkin, which is beautiful and nutritious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Slice the pumpkin and steam for ten minutes.
-
Mash the steamed pumpkin with a fork and set aside.
-
Let the pumpkin puree cool down, add yeast and sugar and mix well.
-
Add flour and mix by hand to form a dough. Pumpkin puree is full of water, no need to add additional water.
-
It was very sticky, so I used a bread machine to knead the dough. If the picture is simple, you can just use chopsticks to mix it until even.
-
Raisins are soaked in water beforehand.
-
Knead the dough for about ten minutes and fold the raisins into the dough.
-
Grease the eight-inch round mold in advance to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into the mold and press it flat.
-
Heat the water in the steamer, put the mold on it, and let it ferment for an hour with the help of the water temperature until it doubles in size.
-
Pour out the hot water in the pot, fill it with enough cold water, and start steaming.
-
Steam over high heat for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
-
Take it out of the pan, there should be enough raisins on the bottom, haha.
-
The surface is slightly bumpy, which is innocuous.
-
Good hair growth.
-
The internal pores are even. The pumpkin is rich in flavor and the raisins are sweet. Oil-free and low-sugar. Healthy enough.
