It’s been a long time since I’ve had pork ribs rice, and I’ve been craving for it for a long time. I finally made a pot of it today. I happened to have some marinated ribs in the refrigerator for a few days, so I decided to just do it. It’s definitely the first choice for lazy people

  1. Blanched pork ribs and pre-soaked mushrooms

  2. Frozen green beans and corn kernels from the supermarket

  3. Preheat the wok with oil, add the pork ribs and fry for a while, then add the mushrooms

  4. Add some green beans and corn kernels and stir-fry, and add some soy sauce. The ribs are salty, so I didn’t add any additional salt

  5. Rinse the rice in the rice cooker and set aside for later use
