Pork Ribs and Vegetable Rice
Overview
It’s been a long time since I’ve had pork ribs rice, and I’ve been craving for it for a long time. I finally made a pot of it today. I happened to have some marinated ribs in the refrigerator for a few days, so I decided to just do it. It’s definitely the first choice for lazy people

Blanched pork ribs and pre-soaked mushrooms

Frozen green beans and corn kernels from the supermarket

Preheat the wok with oil, add the pork ribs and fry for a while, then add the mushrooms

Add some green beans and corn kernels and stir-fry, and add some soy sauce. The ribs are salty, so I didn’t add any additional salt

Rinse the rice in the rice cooker and set aside for later use

Pour in all the ingredients and mix well

I forgot to cut the potatoes and carrots and put them on the table

Twenty minutes later, you can have fragrant pork ribs rice. It’s so delicious that I filled up a full bowl
