Cold shredded tofu
Overview
This cold shredded tofu has always been my family's favorite, and it is also a must-order dish for dinner guests. This shredded tofu is a commercially available finished product with a slightly salty taste. You can just snap or cut it after you buy it and it can be served cold. The other ingredient is cucumber shreds. The two are very refreshing when put together and are very suitable for summer consumption. It is even more beautiful as a side dish with wine

Steps
-
Wash and shred the cucumber and put it in a basin (you can add or subtract cucumber shreds according to your personal preference)
-
Rinse the shredded tofu, cut it into sections and share it with cucumber shreds in a basin
-
Cut green onions into shreds and place them on top of the tofu shreds. Cut red peppers into shreds and place them on top of the green onions
-
Add salt and MSG (put it next to the shredded tofu, do not let the oil pour directly on the MSG, or you can add it later)
-
Add rice vinegar and light soy sauce
-
Pour vegetable oil into the pot
-
Add two drops of ginger seed oil, not too much, just a little to enhance the flavor (you can leave it out if you don’t have it)
-
When the oil temperature rises, pour it over the shredded green onions and chilies to bring out the aroma, then mix well and serve on a plate
