Steamed spicy sauce
Overview
The spicy sauce my mother makes is a bit salty, so just use a little each time. Last week when I went back to my parents' house for dinner, I saw my mother steaming a bowl with green onions. I dipped some of it into it and tasted it. The steamed spicy sauce was not only fragrant with green onions, but also had some red oil steamed out of the noodles. It was more fragrant and went well with the meal, and the saltiness was relatively lighter.

Slice green onions.

Take an appropriate amount of spicy sauce and put it into a bowl.
