Fry the eggs into poached eggs and set aside.

Shred the white radish and cut the coriander into sections.

Heat oil in a pan and fry white radish until soft, then pour in poached eggs and enough boiling water to almost cover the ingredients.

Bring water to a boil, grind in appropriate amount of peppercorns, add coriander, boil water once, add appropriate amount of salt to taste and serve.
