Little gingerbread house
Overview
After seeing so many gingerbread houses, I decided to make one myself today. It was the first time I made it, but there were a lot of missing parts and I forgot to make it. But the finished product looked good, but it was the first time I made it and I couldn’t figure it out. There were a lot more good ingredients. For example, I used 100g more meringue, so I reduced the recipe. I also had a lot more dough, so I made some cookies, hehe...

Steps
-
Put all the main ingredients into a clean container and knead it into a smooth dough. Place it in the refrigerator to rest for 1 hour
-
Roll out the relaxed dough into about 0.3mc thin slices. I forgot to take a picture of the roll (I haven't estimated the roughness). Cut it into a pattern with the prepared mold, place it on the baking sheet, prick holes with a fork, brush with a layer of egg water, let rest for 20 minutes, brush with a layer of egg water, bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes, and bake until it is colored
-
Beat the egg whites with powdered sugar, add a little lemon juice and beat well. (For the meringue used to stick the house, add less lemon juice or more powdered sugar.) After the house is glued, add more lemon juice to thin it out and brush it on the roof for decoration. Sprinkle some powdered sugar evenly over the entire house

This is a very simple graphic I made myself

The cookies made from the extra dough were eaten by LG and they said they were delicious.
