Kelp, tofu and fish tail soup
Overview
Kelp is rich in carbohydrates and low in protein and fat. Compared with spinach and rapeseed, in addition to vitamin C, their crude protein, sugar, calcium, and iron contents are several to dozens of times higher. Kelp is a type of seaweed that is high in iodine. Iodine can stimulate the pituitary gland, reduce estrogen levels in women, restore the normal function of the ovaries, correct endocrine disorders, eliminate the hidden dangers of breast hyperplasia, and has an effect on kelp in preventing and treating cancer.
