Homemade soybean oil spicy strips
Overview
Spicy strips are a childhood snack for those born in the 1980s and 1990s. Only when we grow up do we realize how unhealthy the spicy strips bought outside are. This is so good, what should I do? Just do it yourself! The nutritional value of soybean oil skin is very high, it is rich in high-quality protein and a large amount of lecithin, and contains a variety of minerals to supplement calcium. Homemade spicy strips do not use additives such as MSG, they are delicious and healthy.

Ingredients
Steps
-
I have already soaked the soybean oil skin (250 grams of Jiantan soybean oil skin, soak in 40 degree warm water for 8 minutes, drain the water)
-
Chili powder, cumin powder, five-spice powder, Sichuan pepper powder, cooked sesame seeds, pour into a bowl and mix well
-
Heat the pot and add 150ML rapeseed oil. When the oil is hot, add the chopped onions. Fry the onions until golden brown. Remove and discard (the onions can be used in other dishes).
-
The oil temperature is 70% hot. I checked it online. I don’t know what 70% hot means. You can try to use a spoon to scoop a small spoonful and pour it into the mixed flour. If it boils and bubbles, the oil temperature is right. Pour the hot oil into the flour. Stir immediately to let the oil cool down, so that the flour will not burn. Then add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to taste.
-
Put the soybean oil skin into the prepared spicy oil to add flavor.

Now that it's summer, cover the prepared spicy strips with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for 3 hours to savor. You'll have a nutritious and healthy spicy strips to share with your friends.
