There are many ways to make sweet and sour pork ribs. Generally, the pork ribs are soaked and fried in oil until golden brown, and then stewed in tomato sauce. My daughter likes to eat sweet and sour pork ribs, but it is easy to get angry. I dare not fry it to make the sweet and sour pork ribs for cooking.   1. Prepare materials as shown.

  3. Rinse the spareribs in water, add ginger slices, cornstarch, light soy sauce and salt to taste.

  6. Simmer for about an hour until the ribs are tender and the juice is reduced.

  7. Add the chopped bell peppers and stir-fry until cooked.

  8. Add tomato paste, white vinegar, cornstarch and water to make a sauce, pour in and stir-fry.
