Chestnut Chicken Feet Seafood Soup
Overview
We Cantonese people all like to drink soup. Chicken feet, pork belly, snail slices, chestnuts, candied dates, Smilax smilax, yam, Polygonatum odorifera, and lotus seeds can dispel dampness and strengthen the spleen. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. The soup will have a rich flavor.

Wash the soup and soak the snail slices for 1 hour in advance.

Put all the soup ingredients except meat into a glass pot, add water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Boil a pot of water, add meat and blanch.
