Yogurt Sponge Cake Sandwich: This is Laofang’s new product! The idea comes from the yogurt chiffon cake, but I haven’t seen one that uses yogurt to make a sponge cake. It was also because I ran out of milk to make yogurt at home. I thought of using yogurt to make sponge cake, so the recipe was improvised. Haha: After the finished product was baked, the effect was really good, and the texture was better than ordinary sponge cake. With the addition of meat floss and salad dressing, my young man made three large pieces for breakfast~~~

Mix yogurt and canola oil until emulsified and set aside
