Grilled Winter Melon with Tomatoes
Overview
Winter melon has the effects of reducing swelling and dampness, losing weight and lowering fat. Tomatoes have a high VC content. When stir-fried with winter melon, anthocyanins are released during the heating process. This is a natural moisturizing and beautifying product. Eating them together is delicious and nourishing.

Prepare winter squash and tomatoes.

Wash the winter melon and cut into thin slices, wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces.
